Mark McFadden

Mark McFadden is a Chartered Surveyor and Director of Commercial Property Consultants, Stiles Harold Williams.

Born and educated in Eastbourne Mark began his working life in farm management. He joined Stiles Harold Williams (formerly Stiles Horton Ledger) in 1987 and, after a spell at both the Brighton and Crawley offices, Mark returned to Eastbourne in 1997 where he is now Head of Office. Mark became an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in 2000 and was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures & Commerce (RSA) in 2004.

He has widespread experience of carrying out Asset Valuations for banks, businesses, local authorities and professional advisors on a comprehensive range of commercial and residential property throughout the South East. A major part of his work involves advising landlords and tenants on rent reviews and lease renewals. He has appeared as an Expert Witness in the High Court and has represented both landlords and tenants at Arbitration, as well as advising on a broad sphere of commercial property matters.
